2. The "Fully Hosted Experience" Event

For a truly seamless and generous event, the host covers all aspects of the event.

• How it Works: The host pre-determines a specific value or limit for each guest's wine card, which is then loaded for their enjoyment. The host also covers the cost of all food provided for the group.
• Ideal For: Corporate events, client appreciation gatherings, birthday celebrations for small groups, or any occasion where the host wishes to provide a complete and curated experience for their guests.

3. The "Partially Funded Partnership" Event

This option offers a blend of hospitality and individual choice, creating a balanced approach.

• How it Works: The host provides a thoughtful contribution, such as covering the cost of a selection of food (like our Tuscan sandwiches and/or charcuterie boards) or perhaps a bottle or two of wine to kick things off. Individual guests are then responsible for any additional wine card purchases and further food selections beyond the host's contribution.
• Ideal For: Birthday parties for large groups, team happy hours, informal celebrations, or groups looking to share costs while still enjoying a relaxed atmosphere with some complimentary offerings from the host.

4. Full Venue Buyout: Your Exclusive Nomadic Experience

For ultimate privacy and customization, consider a full buyout of Nomadic Wine Dispensary, providing exclusive access to our entire space.

• How it Works: A full venue buyout requires the event to be fully host-funded, covering all food and beverages for your guests. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and confirm the exclusive use of our space. The total cost will be determined based on the date, time, duration, guest count, and specific food and beverage selections.
• Inclusions: Exclusive use of our entire wine dispensary, dedicated staff, and full control over the ambiance to perfectly match your event's theme.
• Ideal For: Large corporate events, private celebrations, product launches, or any occasion demanding complete privacy and a fully customized experience in a unique setting.

5. Wine Tasting Experience

Available for any of the above options, Nomadic can provide guided wine tasting experience for your party. We focus on making our experiences fun and casual, leaving all wine pretension at the door!

• How it Works: We will work with you to create a customized tasting experience from a variety of options:

• Blind Tasting: We select several wines that will be masked and tasted blindly with our wine expert providing notes about the wine and the price. Attendees will guess the wines at the end with a prize awarded to the people with the highest score. This is great fun for everyone!
• Varietal Flight: A guided experience through a selection of wines with the same grape varietal (or related varietal) showcasing the nuances and differences that can be present from one wine to the next
• Regional: A tasting of different wines from a specific region (such as left bank Bourdeaux)
• New World vs Old World: Taste the same grapes from two different regions and learn (and taste!) how different terroir and winemaking methods can influence the final product
• Custom: Develop your own specific tasting to fit your needs!

• Ideal For: Smaller groups (less than 30 people), although the blind tasting works well for large groups as well!
